  1. Brimoncourt Extra Brut

"80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay from Ay, Bouzy Ambonnay, Cramant, Mesnil and Oger. Dosage is just 2g/l. Very nervy, bright nose with good balance considering the low dosage. Not austere at all, though it's a tad chewy. Pretty flirtatious and I must assume some age compensates for the low dosage- though it tastes extremely fresh. Maybe just particularly ripe grapes? Very appetising." 17/20 Points, Jancis Robinson MW.

  2. Brimoncourt Brut Rose

"A wonderfully complete, stylish and tightly focused accompaniment to cruisine, this pristine Champagne sports a high percentage of GC fruit. Lifted by a whiff of potpourri, it's complex, creamy and faintly meaty bouquet of red cherries, raspberries and underbrush reveals undertones of orange rind and mushrooms. It's long and crackly, with an austere but chewy palate of punchy pinot driven flavour extending long and faintly mineral over a fine, chalky spine towards a drying and savoury finish. Suberb." 96 Points, Jeremy Oliver.

  3. Brimoncourt Brut Regence

"80% of the blend is Chardonnay from the south of Cote des Blancs, which is supposed to yield more floral wines of the 'mineral' style of Chardonnay from the north, as is to be founmd in Brimoncourt's Blanc de Blancs. This is the signature blend of this ambitious, well-backed house. Tiny bead. Very light nose. Flirtatious texture and not a trace of astringency nor excess acidity. Brisk and appetising. Easy to like with real lift." 16.5/20, Jancis Robsinson MW.

  8. Logan M Cuvee 2015

Produced in the traditional method, the Logan Vintage ‘M’ Cuvee is made from the classic French sparkling varieties of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. A lovely rose gold colour with very fine bubbles and a persistent mousse, the Logan Vintage ‘M’ Cuvée is comprised predominantly of chardonnay, with approximately 20% pinot noir and 20% pinot meunier. The red pinot varieties contribute a wild strawberry and spice element to the perfume whilst the chardonnay component creates an elegant and luscious sparkling wine, with complex nut, biscuit and zippy lemon aroma that leads into a crisp but full palate and a lovely long finish.

  10. Meadowbank Harvest Sparkling 2018

A deliciously, frothy pale pink fizz that sees Meadowbank blur the line between a Pet-Nat and traditional sparkling wine. It's a 50/50 blend of dry, saignée Pinot Noir blended in bottle with the still-fermenting base wine from Meadowbank's Blanc de Blancs. The wine is then fermented to dryness under a crown seal. There's no disgorgement and no dosage. A joyous taste of summer blends with moreish fresh strawberry and poppy seed flavours with a more traditional structured, vinous finish.
