  3. Chateau De Cerons Graves Rouge 2016

"The 2017 de Cérons has a perfumed, floral, almost Margaux-like bouquet with fine definition. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red and black fruit laced with pencil lead and blackpepper, nicely balanced on the finish with plenty of freshness. This Graves has produced a decent2017 that should give several years of drinking pleasure." 88-90/100 Points, Neal Martin.

  5. Chateau Pape Clement Pessac-leognan Bordeaux 2011

96 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - "The 2011 Pape Clement, a blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and the rest Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, was aged 18 months in new French oak before being bottled unfiltered. Absolutely profound, with a complex bouquet of mulberries, black cherries, black currants, graphite and subtle smoke and burning ember-like aromas, this is a true super-star of the vintage. It represents a remarkable achievement by the winemaking team of Bernard Magrez. Full-bodied, rich and multidimensional, this wine clearly transcends the entire vintage. It should age effortlessly for 25 years. (RP)    (4/2014)"

  8. Chateau Pontet Canet Pauillac Bordeaux 2008

This 5th Growth Grand Cru Classe from Pauillac is a 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot blend with a splash of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot..Jancis Robinson - "Very lightly oxidised on the nose but both fun and serious on the palate - Cullen or Ridge? Solid, very Latour-like in its dryness (bone dry, very unlike Se?a which has nearly 3 g/l residual sugar) - but over time this became rather a trial. At first I gave it 17." Tasted: 14-Jan-2013

  10. Chateau Pontet-canet 2009

"Deep garnet colored, the 2009 Pontet-Canet is a little shut down to begin, but with coaxing this baby is soon firing on all cylinders with a full-throttle nose of chocolate-covered cherries, crème de cassis, boysenberries and spice cake plus tons of kirsch and cranberry sauce sparks and a beautiful undercurrent of emerging tertiary characters: cigar box, sandalwood, chargrill, truffles and cast iron pan. Full-bodied, rich, multilayered and completely seductive, the palate is charged with incredible energy, with a firm backbone of velvety tannins and seamless freshness providing solid grounding and promising a very long life ahead. It finishes with an incredible display of epically long-lasting flavor fireworks. Wow!"100 pointsLisa Perotti-Brown - The Wine Advocate
