Importer's Notes: Bellerose draws its inspiration from the 1950s when beers were still generously hopped and wonderfully refreshing. It is an original beer characterised by particularly intense hopping: a unique cocktail of 3 hops are used while the beer is simmering and a generous amount of raw hops are added towards to end of the brewing process. This results in a taste which is more aromatic than bitter. An ABV of 6.5% gives Bellerose its fine structure. Bellerose is a sensual and delicate beer which has a fine aroma of litchis and citrus fruits which beautifully complements the combined flavours of the IPA style and the traditional “bières de Garde” from northern France.$7.99 per bottle
