  1. Moss Wood Amys 375ml

"A blend of cabernet merlot malbec and petit verdot. It’s still so young but showing excellent fruit concentration. Lush and sweet with juicy fruitiness as you might expect from such a recent vintage. A wine that you can tuck into over the next few years." 92 PointsRay Jordan - The West Australian

  6. Fraser Gallop Semillion Sauvignon Blanc 2017

“A racy vibrant lighter style of SSB, but still with plenty of intensity through the palate. Crunchy lemon zest and tropical notes with the faintest hint of herbaceousness. Gets a little barrel fermentation which adds that subtle textural feel on the mid palate. Excellent.” 92 Points, Ray Jordon.

  8. Woodlands Cab Franc Merlot 2016

"Here’s one of the wines I most look forward to tasting each year. If I see it in a bottle shop, I quite often buy a couple to drink when the mood takes me. Always a delicious wine, and no change this vintage. It has the small red berry and leafy perfume of Franc, and the plummy richness of good quality Merlot. Medium bodied, succulent, yet savoury, the pencils, the herbs, the ripe yet streaky tannin, tobacco and earth on a long and satisfying finish. Rarely disappoints. Always a treat. Yes." 93 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front.

  9. Ls Merchants Red Blend 2018

92 Points Gary Walsh, The Wine Front70%Touriga Nacional, 20% Mataro, 10% Shiraz. Plenty of whole bunch. Invariably enjoy wines with a fair splash of Touriga in them. Has that typical Touriga smell which goes something along the lines of violet and iron filings, with sweet and chocolaty purple fruit. There’s a bit of spice and dried herb in the mix, a succulence and charm of cherry and blueberry pie, a light dusting of tannin, and a spicy/earthy/perfumed finish of solid length. Put simply: yum.

  10. Heretic Red Blend 2017

Winery Note:"The project, as a whole, is basically me asking ‘why’ a lot, and challenging my own biases and preconceptions on wine. In some cases I’m doing a complete 180 on the pathways I followed previously in my winemaking career. This is in no way denouncing the wineries I’ve worked at, or the wines I’ve been involved in (I would happily stand behind just about all of them). It’s just me acknowledging that there is a side of winemaking that I haven’t really explored, and that’s what I’m keen to do.” In terms of winemaking, the only thing that has been added to either wine is sulfur. All indigenous yeast, no new oak, minimal lees stirring and gentle extractions. Wines are not fined, corrected, stabilised or filtered."
