  1. Dune Tirari 2018

Winery notes. Our TIRARI is a vibrant medium bodied red. It is made from Grenache, Negroamaro, Mourvedre and a little Shiraz. Bright red fruited lift, white pepper, sweet herbs lift then blue and black fruits, amaro bitter herbs, chinotto like lift. Palate is fine and bright, punchy acid and lovely feathery tannin, lively and fresh with an array of sour red fruits, blue fruits and some amaro bitter notes.

  2. Three Dark Horses Shiraz 2017

"Bit of whole bunch. Blewitt Springs. 20 year old vines. Smoky, spicy and herbal (bunchy), good perfume, crunchy boysenberry/blackberry. Medium-bodied, spicy and sappy, quite meaty and savoury, firm acidity and emery tannin play out on the finish. Quite N.Rhône-y, if you get my drift. Good stuff. A bit different, too."92 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front.

  3. Long Line Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2015

Mike Bennie, Wine Front - "Big perfume of ripe berries, peppery spice, sniffs of undergrowth and herbs, white pepper. Pepper in the palate too, crisp/crunchy red fruits, light lactic/chocolatey finish, with a rush of tangy acidity following. Decent drink."

  4. Ministry Of Clouds Shiraz 2017

McLaren Vale: Lifted red berries again here with a touch of gaminess and terrific length. Spices and red fruits, herbs and lifted floral aspects all woven into another gluggable wine from Bernice and Julian. It's full-to-medium bodied but lithe and supple on the palate with silken, balanced tannins.

  6. Mollydooker The Scooter Merlot 2017

Winemaker Tasting Notes: Deep red in colour, the Scooter exudes fresh berries and spice. Layers of redcurrants and fresh plums are laced with hints of chocolate and coffee. This youthful McLaren Merlot finishes off with cherry, aniseed spice and a seamless structure defined by silky tannins with just a hint of cedar oak. An absolute beauty.

  8. Two Hands Angels Share Shiraz 2017

"Another winner from Two Hands; this latest 2015 vintage has masses of fruit on the nose; juicy, ripe mulberries and hints of blue fruits, lanolin and chocolate which flow onto a viscous, juicy palate with good acid balance to keep it fresh. (This is a slightly less fruit-sweet offering than the "Gnarly Dudes" Barossan Shiraz). Drink now but will be better in 6-12 months. Score 17.5/20Wine Culture tasting notes.

  9. Bondar Junto Gsm 2017

Sheesh, this has something going on. I like the scent, floral, gently sweet, something candied, a lolly bag just opened, but the breeze of fern and briar whips that away and you get a wholly more complex perfume. Drinking is a charm. So satiny, just on medium weight, the sleek slide of nice pinot noir with the jolly sweet fruit of ruddier grapes slipping in. Its red berries all through the palate with a faint lick of herbal spice – simple done well, freshness on its side. That texture is so good. Makes you want to drink and drink. And it’s got fine edges and length. Long, slow claps. 93 Points, Mike Bennie, The Wine Front.
