Australia InternationalShipping to the USA



Sydney Metropolitan: Free Delivey
Delivery to the Sydney Metropolitan area (including Woolongong to Central Coast) will be free of charge for any order over $200 in value (Straight or mixed dozen lots only). Any orders of less than either $200 or 12 bottles will attract a delivery charge of $12.00.
We prefer that shipments are made to a business address so a person over the age of 18 can receive the wines. 
If there is no party (aged over the age of 18) there to receive the wines an addition redelivery fee may apply.

Delays in delivery may occur due to weather conditions. If we know that temperatures will be above 30 degrees we will hold the delivery until cooler weather sets in.

We ship Monday – Wednesday only, this is to avoid wines sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Please not that your credit card will not be processed until yours wines are about to be shipped. 

 


1.Our shipper prefers that we ship to a business address, and a person over the age of 21 must sign for the wines. We will need to know the trading hours of the business, contact, address and phone number.

2.Carton rates are based on 12 bottles (750ml) with total weight packed of 18kg.

3.Please check your country’s import duties and taxes on alcohol with your local authorities before ordering. These charges will be an additional cost to you, when your wine arrives in your country.

4.Insurance on all international deliveries = A minimum charge AUS$15.00 or 2.5% of cost of your wines.

5.All shipments are packed in Styrofoam safety containers plus an outer sleeve. These specially designed shippers prevent label scuff, and completely surround the bottles and provide an outstanding insulating effect, protecting your wines against temperature fluctuations. $20.00 per dozen

6.As we will have your email address, our shippers will email you a tracking number once your wines have left Sydney, so that you may track its progress.

7.Please not that your credit card will not be processed until yours wines are about to be shipped.

USA DELIVERIES

To avoid any customer disappointments the following conditions apply to door to door service to the USA.
All shipments to be sent to a business address. We will need to know the trading hours of the business, contact, address and phone number. If there is no party (aged over the age of 21) there to receive the wines an addition USD$50.00 redelivery fee will apply

Rates include all customs clearance, duties, taxes and delivery to your door. *Delivery to either Hawaii or Alaska will attract a US$90.00 per case surcharge.

All shipments are packed in Styrofoam safety containers plus an outer sleeve. These specially designed shippers prevent label scuff, and completely surround the bottles and provide an outstanding insulating effect, protecting your wines against temperature fluctuations. $20.00 per dozen.

Carton rates are based on 12 bottles (750ml) with total weight packed of 18kg.

INSURANCE: $15.00 minimum charge or 2.5% of the cost of wines. This charge is on top of the $250.00 per carton delivery fee.

Allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery (from date of dispatch).
