Description
Complemented as usual by some 30% reserve wines from a solera of demi-muids dating back to 1986. This is showing superbly, offering up a deep and complex bouquet of citrus oil, warm pastry, peach, apple skin, fenugreek and spices, followed by a full-bodied, fleshy and layered palate that's rich and generous, its concentrated core of fruit underpinned by racy acids, concluding with a long, saline finish.
