Notes
"The ‘young vine’ Pinot Meunier is from 1970 plantings. I’m glad that’s still considered ‘young’. These PM wines are, at least for me, so much better and more distinctive than Shiraz.
What a delight. Light and feathery, cranberry, strawberry and dusty spice. It’s fresh, vibrant, crisp and sappy, maybe a little aniseed in the mix, peppery tannin and dry crunch, with a bright finish of vigour and length. Delightful. Such a good and distinctive wine. More please."
