"“Golden barley yellow, bright and attentive. Aromas of stonefruit – peach for sure, nectarine and apricot skin – mix in with the mint, cedar and spicey notes derived from the oak and the minimal handling. Wow this is rich on the palate, almost like nougat but that is taken in by the flinty lines running through and the freshness of ripe clean sparkling fruit.
