"This is a strict expression of Farrside Pinot Noir with straight, urgent lines of mineral-drilled tannin railing through tobacco, twigs, red cherry, loganberry and ironstone flavours. It’s its usual meaty, savoury, tobacco-strewn self, more savoury and earth-like than out-and-out fruity, though it’s the long reach of tannin that really defines it."
