Notes
A frost year where they lost as much as 60% of some crops. This sees no malolactic, and comes from three vineyard at around 25 years of age, one limestone, one gravel, and one sandy.
Green melon, lemon rind, oyster shell, spice, a light honey floral perfume. Pops with fruit flavour, nectarine, lots of flinty texture, very saline, almond meal, a cool feel, excellent length with grapefruit pith to close. Flavour delivered with impeccable line and length. Super wine.
