Notes
"One of Australia's finest rieslings; a benchmark riesling for me.
Loads of floral perfume, preserved lemon, pretty talc scents, a bit of warm river pebble, lime juice. Delicate in the palate, more lime juice here, tart and with great energy, crispness, cool herbal notes, some chalky pucker and endless mouth-watering length. Tightly wound but slightly juicy, if you get the drift. Beautiful expression, high toned saline mineral acidity, refreshing now to the max, will last a generation."
