A jar of pickled in brine mixed veggies is the first impression. Then it opens up with honeyed blossoms, yellow apples and tarragon. It’s ripe fruit with green hues of zest and overarching freshness. It’s savoury yet fruity. Brown lime to finish with white pepper spice lingering gently, accompanying the rest of the understated flavours. Very good."
