The Dalwood Hunter River Sparkling Chardonnay is made from estate grown fruit on the banks of the Hunter River, NSW. Picked early, at night, and agently pressed to retain freshness and natural acidity. It is a fragrant wine of granny smith apples, green melon, honeysuckle and fresh bread.
