"Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and Courbu.
Grapefruit, apricot, honey cornflakes, mint and hay. It’s dry and firm in acidity, a nutty savoury character, stony texture, finishes quite dry and saline, with lime zest and parmesan rind. It’s maybe a bit too drying, this bottle or this vintage, but it’s a good and interesting wine."
