Notes
"It’s from a fabled vineyard and a considered producer. Good ingredients.
Sour cherry, dustings of woody spice, some mocha and kirsch and exotic sour-sweetness going on. Succulent texture, good length of flavour, very pure and chewy and generally quality in feel. Has medium weight concentration, great savoury flavour profile amongst riper dark cherry/berry fruit. Grip is good. Herbal inflection works well. This is a wine for big glasses and contemplation to get its best."
