Notes
"Set on skins for twelve hours then fermented in mostly oak barrels. Matured on lees.
It has x-factor and chutzpah. A textural feast and so interesting and good. A golden, pink colour says something too. Lots of dried pear, crushed rock, almond and jasmine notes with a succulence and freshness to boot. It has depth, maybe at medium weight, a grippy textural feel and great, long lived finish following on. Dry, but not too much, and with inherent character of the variety, but taking it next level. It’s superb."
