"It’s a blend of cabernets. Franc and sauvignon.
And geez it works. Supple, flowing dark fruited, lots of briny green olive characters in dark plum, dark cherry. There’s a distinct ‘bunch of herbs’ thing going on for sure. Flavours reveal basil and rosemary too. I like it. It’s a very individual thing. So much character here. If not a little too green, but hey, this is fun."
