"From the mighty region of Sunbury comes this complex version of savvy bee. This was a delight from hello. Scents and flavours of lemon curd, ginger tea, jasmine, green melon, red apple and lightly toasted cashew. Yummo. It does a lot of good work for elevating the variety, slick texture with a chalky finish, some waxiness too, a touch of brine and sea spray through it all, a general sense of the word savoury to boot. In all that, a bright, medium weight white that mellows out the more exuberant bits of the variety and delivers almost a chardonnay-esque expression in some respects, and good for it.
