Notes
20-25yo vines, hand-picked, destemmed and crushed, open-fermented with cultured yeast, 10-12 days on skins, matured for 24 months in French oak (50% new). It's got a generous helping of dried bay leaf/herbs, olives and bramble influences, but is not green, and certainly not bitter. It's pre-Parker Bordeaux-like, its texture, structure and length admirable. A highly subjective point score from me.95 Points, James Halliday.
