32% Pinot Gris, 25% Viognier, 22% Gewurztraminer, 16% Savagnin, 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Smoky, roses and musk, lychee and ginger, pear and mango, plenty of spice. It’s juicy, a little tropical, but has a grassy capsicum clip and juicy pink grapefruit acidity, and the texture of it is excellent, fine and chalk dusty, the finish long and juicy.
