Notes
A particularly rare (and delicious) bottling from Midleton which was, for a long time, the only pure Irish pot still on the market. Only around 500 cases are made a year of this precious stuff, mostly an assemblage of 6-8 year old barrels of whiskey that would otherwise become Redbreast. As the great Whiskey writer Jim Murray once said: ""One of the world's Rarest Whiskies. If you see it, grab it. It's too much of a high class one-off to ignore."
