Notes
"No mucking around for Ken Helm in 2022, this one has hit the desk a mere few months after harvest. Brisk! To say the least. This one is juicy and tart, a lime juice bomb with ginger and floral characters rolling around. Has a gumminess to texture, a good dash of exotic spice right through its ticklish, squeaky finish. Yeasty floral characters are rife but tempered with the assertive citrusy tang, which works out reasonably balance. Very refreshing in style. Needs time, balance is a bit askew right now, but there’s pleasure here too."
