Notes
Scents of green apple, quince, preserved lemon, ginger, toast and cinnamon with faint sea spray elements on hand. The palate similarly set, layered and quite savoury despite the thrust of chardonnay-esque vinous qualities with green apple, ginger and lime the drawcards. Quite creamy but also holds a strong thread of briny minerality and the wine finishes with that salty freshness too. Intense, potent, complex, and very good. 96pts- TWF
