"This is damn lovely. Succulent, soft, gently savoury, salty, bright with green apple and green mango with sea spray and green almonds. Sleek and elegant, good concentration of flavour and excellent length. Feels very pure and real. A sense of general flinty minerality too. Geez, this does things well with some x-factor.
