Notes
"Central and Western Victoria.
Smells a little like white vermouth, also rosemary, lemon myrtle, quince, gooseberry, grapefruit. It’s a saline and tangy affair, some passionfruit with a nettle bite, pink grapefruit, very pleasing chalky tannin grip, a quinine-like tang on a salted lime and grapefruit finish of excellent length. Very distinctive and full of character. Excellent."
