Margaret River isn’t well known for its Rieslings which is exactly why we wanted to make it.
Jasmine, orange oil and musk with a lime rind acidity and a smidge of residual sugar. Perfectly balanced off dry style.
Inspired by the German temple of techno, The Berghain and a love of riesling.
Fruit sourced from the loudest Wilyabrup vineyard you’ve never heard of; Maximaler Räve. Gently basket pressed and wild fermented on lees in barrel.
