Notes
"Hand picked and barrel fermented under the aegis of ambient yeast. Partial mlf (20%), before maturation on solids in Damy coopered oak (29% new). A fine nose of toasted hazelnut, nougat, crème brûlée, nectarine, lemon curd and ginger crystals. The long finish expansive, immensely fresh and driven by tensile acidity and a leesy, polenta-like generosity. This will drink very well over the medium term."
