Shiraz sourced from Smyth Road, Stonewell Road and Flaxman Valley, wild ferment, 12% whole bunch, matured for 20 months in French oak, 30% new. Deep blackberry and black cherry fruits with hints of clove, dark spice, turned earth, salted licorice, black olive, roasting venison and graphite. Deep, sleek and harmonious with a stony calmness to its form, fine-powdered rock tannins and a gentle mineral cadence."
