Notes
"Crop thinned. Two separate picks in the name of fruit and freshness. Several ferments to impart complexity, with varying amounts of whole bunches for herbal seasoning and tannic attenuation. A long ambient ferment, before time in old oak. My! This is very good. Sapid, mid weighted of feel and fresh. Violet, bing cherry, clove, bincho coal, thyme, mint and dried seaweed. Akin to cooler-climatic syrah without quite the tannins. Appeals to the intellect and to the loins. A veil of peppery freshness doused in garden herb plies the length." 93 Points
