Notes
The 2019 Chablis Village is very demonstrative, bursting from the glass with notes of citrus oil, honeycomb, white flowers and oyster shell. Medium to full-bodied, layered and satiny, it's fleshy and charming, concluding with a saline finish. Note that there will be a second, later bottling of this cuvée, which I'd expect to show more structure and sapid nuance.
