Whole cluster and aged in concrete tanks, here we have a beautifully composed rendition of the variety, finely structured, with a sense of space and a lovely array of exotic spice and pippy nuance. Pure raspberry, redcurrant and red plum fruits, hints of gingerbread, cola, pressed wildflowers and earth.
