"Super wine here. Feels very refined, compact but with plenty of fresh fruit character and nuance from yeasty savouriness. Very briny mineral-charged too. Some waxiness in texture, extreme persistence of pulpy grapefruity tang and zing, with a front running of green apple, light gingery spice, green almond and tart lime.
