Ooft! Sparkling Nebb from a long, cool season where acidity was high and rain was threatening. Some quick thinking from the Topper's boys meant their Nebb juice became sparkling base! Lucky us. Light, lively, orange, just a lick of fine tannin. Not a world away (except physically & in terms of price) from Erpacrife and similar metodo classico. Proper. - Liam
