"The STH (south) is the newest wine to the sub-regional fold and is sourced from two sites: Kinvarra (70%) in the Derwent Valley and Brinktop (30%) in the Coal River Valley. This is the darkest-fruited of the subregional releases, driven by Kinvarra Vineyard’s mature vines and the local black clay and hard, rocky soils. The fruit fermented in open-top vessels with 15% whole bunches. The wine matured for 10 months in barrels, 10% of which were new. " Distro Notes
