"I’m pretty sure you can’t find a better sparkling wine at this price. This is the 11th vintage of this wine, and it’s maybe the best to date.
Saline, gently nutty, lemon and lime, green apple, some floral notes. It’s tight and salt-crusted, like the tasty little cracker it is, the bubbles are quite fine but insistent, lime rind and fine chalky texture, real energy here, and it’s so good to drink. A little soda water bite on a finish of excellent length. These pretzels are making me thirsty!"
