Notes
Winemaking Notes: A field blend off our ChaLou Vineyard of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gwertztraminer, Riesling and Arneis. Grapes were destemmed and co-fermented on skins with wild yeast. Left on skins for 90 days befor pressing to saintless steel.
Allowed to overwinter and settle before bottling without any filtration or fining, leaving it slightly cloudy in the bottle.
