Notes
Distinct nutty sake-like aromatic here, white rice and aniseed, maybe green melon and white peach, and a little tobacco and stony stuff. Sushi rice, cool mineral feel, with green herb and lemon water. Some watermelon rind and lemon zest, fine chalky texture, frisky but distinct umami character, subtle bitterness and a long cool finish. An almond paste thing happening too. Distinctive. Unreal wine.
