One lonely 600L barrel. An exacting project, living and making on this organic farmed estate in Gippsland.
Round and elegant chardonnay, lots of gentle but generous stone fruit and creamy, buttery, honeyed flavours. Soft in all that, this isn’t a bold and ample wine, it just has good bandwidth and character. Delicious, moreish, come hither kind of chardonnay. It’s a wonderful and singular expression.
