"Grown and made by the Farr Family at Bannockburn. This is a pure pinot and by that I mean pure gold. It trips along in frisky fashion but it also feels ripe and solid; there’s more fruit and less sap this year, though it still presents as complex. Cedarwood oak is present but completely harmonious, spice notes are roasted and dry, undergrowth and earth notes are tucked in nicely. I’d give this at least another 12 months for everything to mesh completely but this is another seriously good release." 94+ Points Campbell Mattinson - The Wine Front
