"Tasted a whole raft of Chardonnay yesterday, which is usually a pleasure.
Ginger and grapefruit, cedar and spice. Very zesty and citrus-laced acidity, spicy oak in tow, some almond to smooth things out, with a bright finish of good length. Not exactly flavour packed, though pleasingly brisk and energetic. It has the makings of something very good with more time in bottle."
