Notes
"Straight up we see excellent fruit intensity and a complement of cracked wheat. This has style, length, poise and complexity all in its kit-bag. There’s a silken aspect to its texture but green apple, nectarine, citrus and fennel notes give it a raciness, an edge. There’s an element of custard powder to the oak flavour but oak is not a major player in the wine. This is pretty gorgeous stuff, it has to be said. It’s elegance personified but it also has the power."
