Notes
Chenin blanc, crouchen, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, gris, from Barossa and Adelaide Hills. Some skin fermentation (a little bit). Golden-ish coloured, chewy texture, bright, quince and ginger-lemon tea character going on. Mouth-watering, light tropical fruit characters but so very dry and puckering. Dried citrus peel, faint bergamot tea notes. This is really compelling, really complex and really good!
